What is 1-on-1 Coaching?

Our coaching sessions are centered around one question:

"How do we make you a more effective data-driven business leader?"

Business leaders today are expected to be data-driven and use data as an important source of information when making decisions. As simple as this sounds, both of us know that moving from data-informed to data-driven business decisions is a very tough journey. At Scalework, our mission is to make data impact as simple and as cost-effective as possible. Over the last 5 years, during hundreds of projects and thousands of interviews, we have cultivated actionable answers to the question: "How can leaders introduce data-driven business strategies to become more successful?" .

Due to the high demand for answers to this question, we designed AI Business Coaching. This course is designed to deliver those lessons to you at a much cheaper price compared to other alternative or even our consulting. Still, there is only so much that taking an online course can deliver. Many business leaders still will finish the course wondering "But what do I do with my specific problem? What is my first step?" To benefit business leaders as much as possible, we have introduced 1-on-1 coaching to address this problem. So how will all of this work?

Once you have signed up for 1-on-1 coaching, we immediately begin working on your specific problems before we even meet. After your response from a brief survey, we will analyze your business, review your challenges, and learn as much as we can about your company. While taking the Masterclass, you will have three opportunities to meet with your coach. In the first coaching session, you will get to meet your selected data expert, chosen for their experience in your industry. This 1 hour consultation will include a brand new strategic plan for you and your business. This plan will be designed for building a more data-driven business and solving you current problems.

Possible Outcomes From Coaching Session #1:

(1) You love the plan, have an internal team to execute it, and we wish you best of luck as you go on to execute it. Additionally, you use the following coaching sessions for consultations while you execute on it.

(2) You are excited about the plan, we integrate our internal team to help you (most common approach), and we help you execute quickly throughout the coaching sessions.

(3) You do not like the plan, we take another stab in the next coaching session, or we refund you for the session and go our separate ways.

Requirements:

- You are the owner of the business, department, product, or project with decision power to get things done.

- Your unit must have an annual budget of at least € 450.000.

- You must be willing an open to change how you make some of your decisions.

Pricing:

We will charge you a real refundable deposit of €1580. This is designed to filter out those who are not serious about what we are trying to achieve for you and your business.
